Viñals began his journey in the fragrance industry in 1985 as a trainee at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF), where he was mentored by the esteemed Carlos Benaïm. His passion and talent led him to positions at Givaudan, Takasago, and Fragrance Resources, before joining Symrise in 2009 as Vice President Senior Perfumer.

Throughout his career, Viñals has been the creative force behind numerous iconic fragrances. Notable creations include:
