There are a few ways to check the authenticity of your perfume, but the most reliable way is to go through an authorized dealer or retailer. If you have purchased your perfume from an authorized retailer, they will be able to verify the authenticity for you.

If you bought your perfume at ParfumExquis, it is original perfume. There are few options possible:
It's possible that the perfume has been reformulated and doesn't smell the same as it did when you first try it. Many perfumes are reformulated to last longer on the skin or according to latest IFRA regulations, but this can sometimes change the scent.
Our perception of the perfumes are highly dependent on one's mood, weather, season or our period of life. Also your memory can be about perfume on someone skin, since niche perfumes are opening and projecting individually on each skin, scent can varying a bit. 

Yes, perfume does expire. The scent of the perfume will eventually fade over time, and it can also go bad if it's exposed to too much heat or light. It's best to keep your perfume in a cool (+20 degrees C), dark place.

No, not necessarily. Niche perfumes are often created with high-quality ingredients, but this doesn't mean they last longer on the skin than other types of perfumes. It all depends on the specific ingredients used and how well they're blended. Some niche perfumes do tend to last a  longer than mass-market brands, but this isn't always the case. So it really depends on the individual scent and how your body reacts to it. If you're not happy with a fragrance's longevity, then simply exchange it for one that lasts longer on your skin. There are plenty of options to choose from!

What is you Return policy?

Unsatisfied with your Parfum Exquis purchase? No worries! We accept returns for a full refund within 30 days of shipment. Simply ensure the product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please note that return shipping costs are on you. To initiate a return, email us at info@parfumexquis.com for authorization. Unfortunately, we don't accept returns on samples and decants. All sales for these items are final.

Can I expect free samples with my order?

At Parfum Exquis, we love spoiling you! With every order of $150 or more, we'll include 3 complimentary perfume samples. Have a scent you've been eager to try? Just let us know in the comments or on social media, and we'll do our best to accommodate. Discover new fragrances with us!

Can I exchange my perfume order into another product?

Absolutely! You can exchange sealed perfumes within 30 days of purchase. Please note, the same conditions as our Return Policy apply. Happy shopping!

I ordered the wrong perfume, what should I do?

If you just placed your order, have confirmed that the perfume has not shipped, please contact us immediately, and we should be able to refund your order and issue a new one. If your perfume has already shipped or was delivered and either an error was made or you are not happy with the perfume, please call us or submit a request, so we can understand how to make it right.

International customers, please note that your order may be subject to import taxes, fees, and customs duties, as determined by your destination's customs office. These costs vary based on your country's customs regulations.

The only exception is for our USA customers, who won't incur any customs duties.

If your Route-protected order ends up lost, damaged, or stolen, Route’s expert support team helps ensure that your order gets replaced or refunded as preferred.

Once your order has been fulfilled by our team, a shipping confirmation with a tracking number will be emailed. You can download Route’s mobile app for iOS or Android to visually track your package and receive real-time notifications on its estimated delivery.

Route's Green Package Protection is a package protection solution that helps cover your order in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit while also protecting the planet. Route has partnered with Patch, a carbon credit marketplace, to facilitate the purchase of carbon credits to neutralize your emissions. Carbon credits represent a certified unit of carbon removal or avoidance delivered by environmental projects that can be purchased to naturally remove carbon from the air. Patch is a high-integrity carbon removal project that is vetted and certified by organizations like Gold Standard, Verra, Climate Action Reserve, and The American Carbon Registry.

Refunds: When refunding an item, Route covers the subtotal, shipping, and taxes if the merchant has Automatic Issue Resolution enabled. In both cases, the Route Premium cost will not be refunded. Reorders: Route will reorder the items, depending on in-stock

Marked As Delivered (Stolen)

 Claims will be reviewed no earlier than 5 calendar days and no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered. Please note, some order issues may require a police report to be filed.

Stuck In Transit (Lost)

For domestic orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 2 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date. For international orders, claims will be reviewed no earlier than 20 calendar days and no later than 30 calendar days from the last update. The maximum filing time is 365 days from the order date.

Damaged

 Claims for damaged items require photos of the packaging and item(s) and must be filed no later than 15 calendar days from when it was marked delivered.
